Lawn care in New Hampshire is tailored to its 30 week growing season; starting in April and ending in November. Instead of liquid lawn fertilizer, we use a slow-release granular based treatment for a number of reasons. Liquid fertilizer typically only lasts about 20-25 days, requiring 7 or 8 applications to facilitate growth. Our lawn fertilizer works for 30-35 days requiring only 6 applications for our growing season.
Temperatures fluctuate and turf reacts differently to lawn care treatment depending upon the season. When applied at optimal intervals, our nutrient rich treatment provides the maximum benefit to the soil. This slow release, poly coated lawn fertilizer contains several key nutrients like nitrogen, potassium and phosphorus, iron, calcium and biological metabolites unlike its liquid counterpart, which only contains nitrogen and potassium. We’re essentially feeding the turf a high quality ‘diet’ to promote maximum health.
A robust, well established lawn requires less pesticides to suppress weeds and control insects and diseases. This reduces our environmental footprint while providing our customers with lush, green, healthy lawns.
