Our tick and mosquito spraying program includes 7 monthly sprays – starting in April and ending in September. Each application targets nesting, feeding, and high-traffic areas for both ticks and mosquitoes, creating a barrier of protection from these disease-carrying pests for your entire landscape.
Even though New Hampshire has the highest rate of Lyme disease per capita in the entire country, protecting your family can be accomplished with our program!
Control of fleas, ticks and mosquitoes is accomplished through monthly tick and mosquito spraying, starting in April ending October. For the best control of ticks and mosquitoes, it is necessary to understand the insect’s life-cycle, nesting areas, breeding time and zone as well as feeding sites.
Our licensed professionals will assess your property and treat all areas necessary, including the perimeter of the property. While results of tick control is always high, properties without dense foliage around its perimeter will have lower mosquito control results, as there is no plant material for insecticides to stick to.
In creating the barrier, the insecticide we use is a synthetic pyrethroid which was derived from a natural insect killer found in Chrysanthemum flowers. This insecticide is virtually non-toxic to humans and pets. It makes for the safest means of protecting your family and pets from the dangerous diseases that ticks and mosquitoes carry like Lyme disease and heartworm in dogs.
