We use these guys for everything.

This was our 1st year with Groundhog. Our 3-year-old lawn was a challenge, especially due to soil conditions caused in part by the builder. The Groundhog team did a wonderful job; the multi-step program completely transformed our sparse turf, weed-ridden, grub infested, bare-spot lot.

The whole organization was very professional and easy to deal with; we especially appreciated Brent’s initial visit and post-season follow up, as well as seeing operations manager Tony on site here several times. Both provided some very useful recommendations and advice. We also found the cost to be very reasonable for the value received. Will definitely stick with these guys.

This is to credit Nick Makris of Groundhog for being professional, attentive, and attention to detail with regards to customer care. I have had Nick service my trees and lawn care which have had several issues and he has performed a great job in restoration. He is very knowledgeable, and it should not go unappreciated. Thanks Nick for a great job!!

This is our first season with Groundhog and we are pleased with the outcome of our lawn despite the severe drought we all have experienced. It appears that the chemicals that were applied to our lawn were abundant, to our surprise. We are very impressed by the service and care that we have received and will recommend Groundhog to others.

Our pair of beautiful fifty year old Maple trees that provide wonderful shade in the Summer, keeping our back yard at least 10 degrees cooler than the front yard, were dropping yellow leaves in the Spring. My son recommended Nick at Ground Hog who determined the cause and treated them. Our trees are now healthy and continue to provide us a cool place to relax in the Summer. I would recommend Ground Hog without reservation.

I have been a customer of Groundhog Landscaping since the day I moved to my house here in Hudson NH. I have a bit of OCD when it comes to my property looking beautiful. From day one Nick and his team have treating my family and I with the best customer service. Great communication, great service and great products is what you will get from Ground Hog! I truly feel like they take care of my property like it is theirs.

I have used Groundhog for two large projects, most recently a large install of river rock which had to done manually with wheel barrels. Dave came right out to give me an estimate, and was always patient with me when changing the plan, and any questions I had. On the day of install I had Mike (lead), George and Zac. They all were awesome, and did a great job! I HIGHLY recommend Groundhog if you have any upcoming landscape projects.

Excellent and professional landscapers! Quoted me $1200 for 4 days of intensive beautification, and they finished in 3 and I only had to pay $900! If your looking for honest and straight forward landscapers hire groundhog landscaping!

I always hear bad things about landscaping companies, including groundhog and this was the first year I ever used one. All I can say us they are doing my lawn fertilizer and I couldn’t be happier, even if I did it myself. The guys doing the actual service (steve?) always calls ahead and showed up on time each time so far. He has pointed out numerous problems he saw including black wart on my plum trees. Unfortunately it was too late for those to be saved but if I had used them last year I wouldn’t have lost those two 15 foot trees.

Now don’t get me wrong, they are a business and do try and sell me other stuff now and then, things that are questionable if needed etc, but the guy doing the lawn knows his job well and is as laid back as they come.

I hired Groundog to clear half my land of some overgrown gardens, scrubs, rock walkways, and small trees left from the previous owner to make way for them to then install a new lawn. Groundhog sent Mike L. who was a surgeon with the bobcat. He was prompt, professional, and an absolute expert with his machine. The end result that Mike left far exceeded what I had hoped for. In short, my yard went from the worst in the neighborhood to the best, without exaggeration! Thank you Groundhog, and Mike for exceeding your customer’s expectation. I will be a Groundhog customer for life and have already recommended your services to many others.

Hired Groundhog to redo our foundation plantings…fantastic job, at a reasonable price. Then hired them to landscape a new spa area. And they are now fertilizing our lawn, and our yard has never looked better!

I have used Groundhog Landscaping 3 years in a row to trim up my shrubs and they are terrific….professional, prompt, neat, affordable, and do an excellent job.

We have used Groundhog Landscaping for many years now for residential landscaping and property maintenance needs: lawn mowing, spring and fall clean-ups, mulching, planting, pruning trees, shrubs, etc. We hired them initially almost 10 years ago now to install a new lawn (after we lost the old one to crabgrass) and irrigation system. We have been happy customers ever since. Over the years we have found them to be very reliable, responsive, professional and friendly to work with. Keep up the good work guys!
